Shipping destination and currency are selected on the storefront. Available delivery methods and charges are calculated from the destination together with the product shipping weight and other applicable order information, then shown before payment.

Delivery dates or transit times shown or communicated are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, public holidays, customs clearance, remote-area handling, weather or other circumstances outside SL HORIZON MART's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery name, phone number, address, postcode, city and other information required by the carrier. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery or an uncollected parcel may be chargeable where permitted.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local clearance charges may apply depending on the destination and the type or value of the goods. Unless checkout or a written quotation expressly states that such charges are included, they remain the recipient's responsibility.

If a parcel appears visibly damaged on delivery, document the package condition where practical and contact SL HORIZON MART promptly with the order reference and supporting details.
